The Roast
We specialise in delicious and well presented whole pig using our secret methods to create the most delicious crackling. All our roasts are cooked in full view of the public and are served off the spit for maximum effect. To complement this the pork is then presented on freshly baked baps with a choice of various stuffings, crackling, apple sauce and selection of whole grain mustards
